PSTCapture - Errors

We have some customers that have very large .PST files that they were using for their mail archives. We would like to move this data to the online exchange server for obvious reasons. We are using Microsoft's PSTCapture. Can anyone shed some light on what is going wrong here?

When migrating/uploading we encounter mostly the following error, Will post the full list of errors at bottom of page.

The server threw an exception. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT))

I have tried re importing the file several times but it always ends in this error.

Also, If it fails, sometimes it will corrupt the file, and I will have to re download the data to import again. In one case, it would not let me write to the existing folder So I had to import to a different one, and delete the one on exchange.

Environment:

Exchange online Plan 2

PSTCapture (For uploading PST into mailbox's Online Archive)

Uploading 35gb PST Files.

Errors usually equal about 115 per upload.

I think line 1 is your culprit; the connection was closed and no further data gets transmitted. The errors afterwards are just the result.
It looks like PSTCapture can be used on a local PST. Have you tried uploading the file to a share on the server and then importing it?
And/or have you tried compacting the PST before using PSTCapture? Almost every time I see a PST that large, no cleanup has been done in years!

The troubleshooting was very helpful, however for us we finally upgraded Data Connection and were able to resolve.
