Please Help
  I have a Silverlight application that contains a table. my problem is that once I select a row and for editing, it doesn't refresh.
 So my question is, has anyone written a procedure in c# that refreshes a table once a transaction is completed. If so care-to-share

Great I am so glad you did that so for better filtering. Thank you for that. There were times when I was not sure how to categorize my questions

You should have the mode as "Twoway" so that once your model is updated with editing, same gets binding again in the view mode as well.  You have bind it again. Also hope you have implemented INotifyPropertyChanged in your model class. So that a property is changed, it is reflected in the UI
