Virtual Box is using Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy provider and seems like on your machine the Shadow Protect Volume Shadow Copy provider has replaced the one from Microsoft.
Looking for the MS Provider brings Virtual box to Shadow Protect provider which it finds wrong.
Are you able to start it when you uninstall SP?
Ask tech support from Shadow Protect what to do in this case.
