Admin password recovery

Standalone Windows Server 2012 R2  administrators password lost (no recovery disks, etc.).

Any recovery techniques, software...?

i have used nordahls password reset tool from the UBCD :
http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/            
in most cases, it offers the correct  answer, so all you need is to confirm
