I have an IPhone 5. I want to set up touch passcode however I do not have that option. When I go to settings, I only have Passcode, not Touch ID and Passcode. <br />

I have an IPhone 5. I want to set up touch passcode however I do not have that option. When I go to settings, I only have Passcode, not Touch ID and Passcode.
