Backup  on mobile device

what is the best way  to secure the mobile type of data in terms of recovery . we have good no of users having laptop and very hard to recover data in case of resign from the business . some are deleting files .so we need to replicate data into the SAS .we have sas device in the network

solution should cover the way to go back word on the day basis to  recover the data . otherwise user can deleted the  data and replicate as the new verion in to the backup copy

how can I avoide that too

It provides for central administer control of laptop and desktop backups, stores multiple versions, only replicates changes ((both for low bandwidth of remote users or travelers, as well as to allow for recovery to different restore points.

If you want to backup data fron android phone, you must to use a iStonsoft android assistant, the use guide about how to bacpup android data is not bad.
