Try again.

The picture of what? When you mouse over what? I have no idea what you mean. Can you post a screenshot?

I realise that English is not your first language (nor mine), but please try to provide some more detail about what you want to achieve.

cheers, teylyn

Ach so.

This pop up shows information from the user profile. Users can edit their profile when they go to their MySite. They can upload a profile picture there.

If you have Lync installed, the pop-up will show the Lync user profile with presence information.

You can let users edit their profiles and add their own profile pictures, or you can synchronize the profile picture with the one stored in Active Directory.

So you need to  figure out which system serves the pop up in your scenario (Lync or AD or SharePoint User profile) and then take steps to get the user picture into the respective system.

Mal sehen ... "Presence indicator" is what I'd use. Or "presence pop up". Also "contact card".  All these get good results in Google. Click the image results to see what images are returned for the search term. Then follow your favourite.

In my company's setup, we have SP 2010, Office 2010 and Lync 2013. Lync apparently takes the user image from Active Directory and shows it in the SharePoint presence pop up. Users cannot change the image (in our company setup). But there are many different scenarios to get this working.

Viel Erfolg.

We just switched back to winter time last Sunday. As I am saving this, it is 21:45 on Thursday 10-April-2014.

Feel free to link to your new InfoPath question here. I might miss it if it is just out there somewhere.
