how can i connect automatically Windows 8 machine via Remote assistance?

Remote assistance ask every time permission but i must automatically with out permission connect that machine because there is no one click recuest :))))

Use remote desktop instead. It's called Assistance for a reason.

Yes, Remote Assistance requires the other side to respond, Remote desktop doesn't.

It's not designed to connect without a click, that's why I suggested another solution.
You could use Autohotkey on the "server" PC, to respond click for you, but that required the PC NOT to lock and NOT to jump to screensaver (i.e. always on the the desktop).
