Say,

In VB Access I have query:
SELECT First(t0001001.Litres) AS FirstOfLitres
FROM t0001001
WHERE (((t0001001.Date)=#2/24/2014#) AND ((t0001001.Time)>=#4/10/2014 1:39:0#) AND ((t0001001.Probe)="000100101"));

What is the equivalent in
MySQL?

Try this:
SELECT `litres` FROM t0001001
WHERE `date` = '2014-02-24' AND `time` >= '1:39:00' AND `Probe` = '000100101'
ORDER BY `litres`
LIMIT 1
