Outlook 2003 Email Print Header showing full hierarchical name

I am using exchange 2010 and out look 2003. I have recently moved this mailbox to another database. Also I move the public folder to another drive since my c driver is full.

But after moving the mailbox I appiled the windows update and restarted . Now when user print any email the heading showing the full hierarchical name of the user as shown in the picture. I have attached the screen. How can I resolve this.

I don't have the answer to your question, but since Microsoft has now issued the final security updates for Outlook 2003, I suggest that you quickly move to a different, currently supported email client.

It is ok after run the fixup in the out look
