Shared Exchange Mailbox- Send as...

We have to create a new mailbox that will be shared by 4 users. When replying from this mailbox, is it possible for Exchange/Outlook to be configured to automatically send from that mailbox, granted they have Send As rights... I know we can manually change the From field, but that requires user input...

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that if you grant the users Full permissions instead of just Send As, then when they reply to emails from the shared mailbox it will automatically go out using that email address.  This is how it works in our situation, anyway, which is Outlook 2010 with Exchange 2007 server.

Well actually I just confirmed it, you are correct... With Full access a reply from that mailbox did populate the from field with the shared mailbox name...
