However when i am sending an e-mail, using my android smartphone, the e-mails are not shown in SENT items of MS Outlook or web mail. Can someone help me with this.

With many IMAP clients, you have to really point to where the Sent Items folder is supposed to be (since it can be name "Sent" or "Sent Items" on many different systems). Did you see that option in your settings?

You really have to check your settings first to specify it. Once you have let your IMAP client know where to store it, the next email should drop in that folder.
