Hi all,

I have a user who is using IE10 (removed IE11). each time he open afresh Outlook.com a message appears - The message you are looking for was previously moved or deleted.

He clicks on close but no emails appear in the inbox.

click to another folder and back and the emails appear.

I have enabled/disabled - pop up blocker, smartscreen, compatibility view. I have deleted history.

any other ideas??

thanks
gareth

Delete his temporary internet files, use the java icon in the control panel to delete his java applets, and, is there any chance he made a link or favorite to a specific email?
