Anybody please advice me how to implement USV ( user state virtualisation) ?

Dear EE's

I planning to implement USV. I highly appreciates advices from you.
Please let me know what are steps to taken, what are things I really keep in look.
And help me to implement successfully.

I was searching and reading up and down in TechNet but am end up will total confusion. Please direct me. And also if there is a this third party app please let me know also.
