Windows 8 - Software does not open ..

Hello All,
I have problem with windows 8 that one software does not opening.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but no luck.
When I trying to open the software I have 2 errors on Event Viewer.
Attached the errors. (Event ID 1000 & 1026)

I installed it on other computer with windows 8 and it work perfect.
Please assist.

Are you using exactly the same .NET version on the computer that is working properly?

On both computers, you are full admin? On the computer that crashes, try to run the program with the "Run as Administrator" option.

Yes i tried to run as administrator and both computer have full admin

Are you aware of any folders (temp or otherwise) it needs access to? If you know them, can you take ownership of that folder on the PC where the software isn't working.
If you don't know them, try to figure out which folders by running process monitor (from MS Technet) on the computer where the software is working.
