Hello,

I created a natural hierarchy based off of an employee and supevisor ID.  The hierachy rolls all the way up to the highest level (see columns L - S).

How could I create a hierachy that would roll from the highest position to the lowest level manager (see columns U - AA)

Use this formula in AD4

=IF(8-COUNTIF($L4:$S4,"")-COLUMN()+COLUMN($AD$3)>0,INDEX($L4:$S4,1,8-COUNTIF($L4:$S4,"")-COLUMN()+COLUMN($AD$3)),"")

That's an amazing formula.  It did exactly what I needed it to do.
