I have a task of simultaneously deploying 300 computers and joining them into domain.

What I have is excel sheet: mac-address | required hostname | name of person that will be local administrator

I need that WDS will join to domain these computers after deploying and assign name from the column "required hostname" from excel sheet

This sounds like a problem that MDT can do without a hitch just import your data into the MDT database The MAC address is queried during the ZTIgather process and you can use that setting to tell what task sequence to use, and the computer name, and the domain join credentials.
