Excel Range.RemoveDuplicates Method Count

When removing duplicates in the Excel sheet Ribbon>Date>Date Tools>Remove Duplicates you get a message as to how many duplicates were removed.
Does the VBA Method provide this somewhere? How to you retrieve the count when using the VBA Range.RemoveDuplicates method?
I know there are countless ways for determining this number, my question is whether is is available using this method.
