Restart failed/incomplete user mailbox move in Exchange 2013
I have a single user for whom the migration stopped. I got the error "homemdb is not writeable on recipient" and I think that's resolved, but how do I restart the mailbox move process. Every time i try to start it, it starts and then quickly finishes with no completion. I don't even think it's running. It says "0 of 0 moved."

Noted on the urgent status.
When I look at recipients > migration there are no batches with a status of synching, so I don't think there's one currently running to clear. If I get you correctly it sounds like the move is in a pending state. I'm not sure of the command to clear that pending state. Could you provide the command?

Clear the move mailbox request and start a fresh one.
