Resize listview according to form size

Hello,
I am trying to resize my two listview equally while I resize the form.. but only the bottom one is being re-sized. I am using an anchor on all sides..
for example from this form

You're not going to be able to pull that off just by using Anchor. Instead add a SplitContainer to your form, switch its orientation to vertical and add your two listviews (one to each panel). You can then anchor the SplitContainer to all four sides of the form and have it scale correctly.
