One of  our customers has a Windows Server 2012 R2 terminal server on VMWare 5.5 which random restarts with a Bsod.

I checked the memory dump and it seems to be related to explorer.exe with error 0x3B.
i have attached the minidump.

In the eventlog I got an error Event Id 10016 DistributedCOM which was the last registration in the eventlog before the Bsod, But i don't know if it is related:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

 and APPID

to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Bug Check 0x3B error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

Check virtual memory configuration.

Also make sure that all device drivers are upto date.
