Using SBS 2008 (Exchange 2007), how can I configure my account so that all internal email for me gets forwarded to a different external server?

I am trialling Office 365, and currently any internal email for me obviously doesn't leave our own internal Exchange server.

You will need to put a forward on the account, going to the onmicrosoft.com email address you have been assigned. Create a contact for the address, the add it as a forward on the account in EMC.
