date field popup using java script

Hello Experts,

Can anyone please me in getting the popup as like below using java script:

POPUP

I dont want exactly the same but only i should have the option to pass the parameter of the zones based on that the date and time should change.

Any example where the date picker should change based ont he input on zones like  IST, PST , GMT etc ?

have a look at this plugin then, it'll allow you to set the time zones
