CodeTwo Backup Issue

Hi,
I have installed CodeTwo on a few on my clients' networks when they did not want to incur the cost of Exchange.  It works very well for all of my clients, except for one, that one has to restart the service every Monday morning.
After checking the logs, it seems the issue is with the backup that cannot find the location stipulated, even though the location does exist.
I have already checked the Windows services for CodeTwo and both are running, however, the one in the Control Panel stops on Monday morning.
I checked the logs and the issue seems to be with the backup procedure, I keeps giving an error:
07.04.2014 00:26:50 1004 Info: Backup was scheduled on current time
07.04.2014 00:26:50 1004 Info: Stopping C2PublicFolders service

The folder does exist, as you can see from the attached image.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Jeannie

Jeannie,

What is the target saving path set in the backup options?
Try changing it to something different (e.g. a folder located directly on the C: drive of the Syncing Master machine).

I created a CodeTwo folder directly on the C and modified the path for the backup
I have also modified to run the backup automatically at 11pm tonight
Will check again tomorrow morning

I created the c:\codetwo folder and changed the location to that folder and it worked perfectly
Thanks

Good to hear it is working now.
Usually the problem with the target folder stems from:
- insufficient access right to the target folder (backup service is not able to write there)
- the folder path is too long (the folder is in too many subfolders) .
