Try Jeff Schert's blog. he has really some amazing articles about Lync and it's very detailed even more than Microsoft's Technet.

Also Terence Luk. I have some articles as well my self but didn't publish them yet! I can send you some by e-mail if you provide me the topics you are interested in? you know Lync has various amount of topics to cover.
