Does anyone have an example of code that will keep robots from filling in bogus data.
on  a "fill in" web page

I have a web site that asks for user input and then sends that information to me.  I respond based on the input.  A robot keeps filling in the blanks and I get up to 20 emails with junk.

see:  http://randdcomputers.com/Free_MonthTrialOffer.htm for the page I need help with

Thanks in advance for the help and comments!

The standard is to use Captcha to prove the ones filling your form are humans.
