3CX softphone window issue

I have a 3CX softphone app running on my Windows 7 workstation.  When I launch the presence information window, I can see my default window & my Queue calls window in a tab view.  But the "Active calls" window that *was* at the top of the screen is missing.  It is not tabbed not floating, etc.  How do I get that window back?

I'm not aware of any settings that would do that in the client. at least not the latest one. however if that was the original setting then try to totally uninstall it and delete all the files, traces  and re-install it.

Yeah, I'd already tried that.  uninstalling & reinstalling didnt fix the problem.

However, uninstalling, deleting the common files subfolder, and then reinstalling did the trick.  ;)
