SMB Errors

I'm trying to diagnose intermittent slow file access on a Server 2008 R2 Domain Controller with file shares.  I'm hoping for a better understanding of these errors that I see in the network capture.   This was between the server and a Windows XP desktop.   I've looked at other client servers and see the same error, but not as many as I have at this site.

SMB SMB:R; Nt Create Andx - NT Status: System - Error, Code = (52) STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND {SMB:23142, SMBOverTCP:23139, TCP:23138, IPv4:3}

Thanks,

  Troy Taylor
