FM - Mouse Scroll

I have a user who claims that after she performs a certain operation in a Filemaker "form," it can sometimes "jump" to another record.  After checking the script, etc., etc., my boss finally suggested that it is happening because of the mouse scroll.  Is there any way to disable this in Filemaker alone?  It seems the only solution is to disable it for all uses in Windows.  (It is a hassle because the mouse scroll works well in going up and down a list or a table.  The user thinks they are scrolling the window, but I think the way it works in FM is that it moves down each record, so when it is in a form layout, it simply does the same --  moves to another record.  Really causes us problems.

Thanks, Will, I will try the found set of 1 record, but I find it very limiting.  FM should provide a way of disabling or modifying scrolling.
I agree. You might want to put a detailed comment on the feedback page.
