1.can you restore a 4GIG mailbox on an exchange server with 30GIG free-space but the mailbox-storage being 110GIG? How?

2. How do you restore an exchange mailbox from a file server with backupexec installed on it?

You need to have enough physical free space on the drive plus swap space for Backup Exec to process properly before restoring that mailbox.
