CPU Heat Monitor

Hello all.

I was wondering if you guys have a suggestion for a utility that monitors and logs a server's CPU heat.  Other hardware monitoring would be great but the CPU is the main focus here.

The Open Hardware Monitor is a free open source software that monitors temperature sensors, fan speeds, voltages, load and clock speeds of a computer.

Server hardware usually includes hardware monitoring tools out of the Box. If you use the server's installation tool to install the server and your OS, those tools should be included.
