anywhere.domain.ca is showing up instead of mail.domain.ca

I'm having an issue with one site in where a new workstation is pulling anywhere.domain.ca from the exchange server instead of mail.domain.ca. These settings are automatically filled in when I install office. Not sure where to change that and if it should be changed. Right now, the users can't bring their laptops out of the office and have their email work.

They are running Windows 7 Pro with Office 2010
Server is running 2008 with Exchange 2010

There are only two ways that the information could be populated.

1. Office Customisation Tool.
2. Autodiscover.

It could be that the wrong information is coming back from Autodiscover, often via a bad DNS record or wrong DNS information on the workstation.

On a workstation that does work, do an Autodiscover test.

Then verify that the results being returned are correct.
