I use msra.exe /offerra for remote and many Clients we can connect.

We have Computers we cant connect.

what can be please help ,?

Clients Firewall deaktived.But still i cant.

Are you getting any errors from these machines when using remote assist.?
If so can you please paste the errors?

What happens when you try. please details the steps that you use and then what happens at each step so that we can get a clear picture of what is happening and when. This will direct our efforts in the correct direction

Also are they win 7 > win 7?
Win 7 > xp?

Please help with some more information.

Windows xp and 7

i just tested with xp then i can remote but there is a Computer(win7 no Firewall) cant

What computer and you offering the connection from? is it Windows 7 or Windows XP..?

So its
 7 > 7
xp > xp
xp > 7
7 > xp

i found something very interesting
if i write  msra /offerRA     then i can connect which i could not before  but i did not realy undestand why?

i write msra /offerra then not working sometimes
