installing sharepoint 2013 on windows 7

Hi,
I am installing sharepoint 2013 on windows 7 64 bit and modofied config.xml with reuqired parameter but still getting same error. Plz see the attached screen shot.

No its not possible to install SP2013 on Win 7. The method you are following was for SP2010 with Win7 and will not work here. You either need Win Server 2008 R2 SP1 or Win Server 2012.
If you are trying it for testing purpose then download the trial iso for any of these server licence for 180 days free. Host a virtual machine and you are ready to go.
