RDLC Report with a Function Control Drop Down with "ascending or descending" option

I have a Microsoft Report that I am doing a value Count of the TOP 20 Agents.
I need to be able to do a "ascending or descending" type control option selection.

I know that Microsoft Report Tool has an option to add "ascending or descending" to each column, but I only want to do TOP 20 and Bottom 20 search. The current  option will sort all the Data. All i want to see is the TOP 20 and Bottom 20 Agent Count.

I'm afraid that's not possible unless you define a parameter filter in the report one for top 20 and other for bottom 20 and use that in the SQL where clause
