On the following site:

http://domgarofalo.com/wellcity/

There is a place where it says:

What is Well City Fond du Lac

and the contents are expanded. I don't want the
contents expanded when the pages loads.

How do I do that?

I figured it out. I commented out lines 608-609. Those two lines caused the first item to load expanded.
