There is a place where it says:

What is Well City Fond du Lac

and the contents are expanded. I don't want the
contents expanded when the pages loads.

How do I do that?

Just at a glance, you do not have that area using a <ul> or <li> like the others. Are you sure html is correct?

** correction. I see the difference now in the lists

I figured it out. I commented out lines 608-609. Those two lines caused the first item to load expanded.

I am using my own solution because the Expert's solution did not work.
