How to intall a plugin in a eclipse from a set of files that located on the local machine

I am accustomed to going to a site to download plugins in eclispe.

This time I was given a zip file with the plugin files and have extracted to my local system

My question is how to install the plugin to eclipse when the plugin files were delivered in this manner.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

On the Add Repository popup, click on Local... (like in this screen shot) and select the directory you unzipped.
