SPF Error on Incoming Emails

We changed our spam filter from Vipre to Websense.  After making the change, some of our incoming emails are getting bounced.  The error is #5.7.1 SMTP; 550 5.7.1 550 Message rejected because SPF check failed> #SMTP#.  The email is making it through our spam filter but being rejected by our Exchange server.  I'm not sure where to check on our Exchange 2010 server

Hello,

In EMC, go to Organization Configuration - Hub Transport. On the Anti-Spam tab, disable Sender ID. The problem is that Exchange sees all the email as coming from the Websense server and the SPF check will fail because your Websense server is not authorized for any external domain. If you want to to SPF checks, it needs to be done by Websense.
