When Using Outlook 2007 a User cannot open their archive pst folder periodically.
We Run scanpst.exe and archives become accessible but become corrupted again after opening outlook again.
We are running exchange 2010 sp3 and we have no local outlook pst files on the terminal server.
This is happening with users that have:
both large and small archive pst files
both single and multiple logins active
When we are sure only a single login is being used and Outlook is successfully closed, the OUTLOOK.EXE*32 process for the user is still running and we must manually end process before able to run scanpst.exe on the archive.pst file
