I have CUCM 7.1 and 7945G phones.  I have some new phones and they are getting stuck I think because the installed firmware is higher rev than what's on the CUCM.  I want to upload newer phone firmware to the TFTP server but I don't yet want to make that be the default for all phones.  Can this be done by upload all the files below except the default.loads files?  Then in the individual device sepcify the SCCP45.9-3-1SR4-1S.loads?  THanks.

Point them manually to an alternate TFTP server that has these loads.

I tested it out and this worked - I uploaded all the files to the default TFTP server except the two default.loads.  Then I went to the new individual phone which I could not boot as it had come from the factory with a new version of firmware that would not load the older being offered by my system.  Once I specified the new load in the individual phone profile - the new phone upgraded successfully.
