Cisco CUCM can not access ccmadmin page nor servicability

I suspect tomcat may need to be restarted.  The URL just gives me a white screen in the browser - no error message.  Please advice what I can do from the console to get the GUI working again.  Thanks.

The answer after a little google searching was to restart tomcat via ssh console.  

admin: utils service restart Cisco Tomcat
