There seems to be a few things wrong with your AD configuration.

Missing NETLOGON or missing name records for the PDCSVR.

Check the AD installation on this PDCSVR, it seems to not have completed succesfully, check to see if this server has the necessary folders like NETLOGON and SYSVOL for example, if they are missing you can check here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290762 to solve it.

Also, you need to configure a good time server and make sure your other servers sync with it, more info: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/816042

I'd start with looking into these... I'll take a further look at the results.

No problem,

Also make sure that the DNS servers of the PDCSVR are configured correctly, do you have more than 1 DC?

If possible post the "ipconfig /all" of both

You have 2 default gateways on the server?

 Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.10.1
 Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.20.1

This can cause issues, I think the second network named CLUS is the network for cluster traffic on your Hyper-V ? Your Hyper-V host is also a DC??

If there's a flat network for the cluster a gateway is not needed, so I suggest taking that away.

GAteway is a juniper firewall.. contains 2 trusted networks.

So i chose trust01(192.168.10.0) as clients network and trust02(192.168.20.0) as for cluster network and storage network.

Hyper-v hosts are standing as member servers.. 1 DC is standing as baremetal server and other 2 as virtual servers.

Ok, but your server, your DC, should only have 1 gateway.

As long as no routing is necessary to get to all the devices on the Cluster network in other words it's a flat network, communication should work fine between all devices on that network. A gateway is only necessary when you need to reach other networks.
