what uses a sony qd6250 tape?

I need to know what tape drive reads a Sony QD6250 tape.  Yes, I know it is old technology.

Your tape is QIC150 format, this IBM7207 model 122 reads and writes it.

i found the Tandberg 3660 can be used. However, it has brittle plastic parts which may make it unusable nowadays. The Tandberg 4120 is backwards compatible with the tape. This information was provided by ReMax Electronics.
