Exchange active sync problem with iphone and ipad

I have the same problem and was wondering if we delete EVERYTHING under the Default Web Site, or just certain directories.  Thanks

Also at the same time, OWA would not allow logons and error out. Wp3.exe was at 25% CPU, and upon iisreset would OWA would work for 10-60 min before repeating the inability to logon. I set the app pool recycle to 65000. At least we have OWA now.

Alan thank you for the help.. We tried all the processes but the solution was to uninstall Microsoft Endpoint Protection from the server. All devices syncing... we actually re-installed Endpoint and it killed the activesync connections to everything except MS tablets, and MS phones. second uninstall brought all activesync back to Android and Apple products.

Thanks again
