I have the same problem and was wondering if we delete EVERYTHING under the Default Web Site, or just certain directories. Â Thanks

Alan thank you for the help.. We tried all the processes but the solution was to uninstall Microsoft Endpoint Protection from the server. All devices syncing... we actually re-installed Endpoint and it killed the activesync connections to everything except MS tablets, and MS phones. second uninstall brought all activesync back to Android and Apple products.
