I have 2 different clients that both have laptops and outlook 2013. One is using Exchange and one is using POP. Within days of each other they both encountered an issue where their Outlook 2013 got stuck at "Loading Profile" after opening. I have worked on one laptop and have done the following:
-Quick repair of Office 2013
-Online repair of Office 2013
-Created a new email profilefor user
-Created new email profile using a different user
-Disabled all add-ins in Outlook
-Ran Malwarebytes to check for malware and spyware
-Can open Outlook in Safe Mode
-If I open Outlook and it is stuck at "Loading Profile", switch users, switch back to the original user, then Outlook will be open for the original user.
What do I need to do to resolve this Outlook issue?
