VB.Net some users picking up old versions of published programs

We have a Clickonce application which has been updated and deployed an a windows terminal server. There are about 100 concurrent users, and for most it works correctly, but for some it continues to access the older version.

Any ideas?

These users might have performed a Rollback through the Control Panel. ClickOnce always keeps a copy of the previous version when installing an update, so that the user can use the Control Panel to bring it back in case the new version causes problems.

You might also want to specify the newer version as the minimum required version under the Updates buttons of the Publish tab. This way the users won't have the possibility to refuse the new version when they are flagged about the update. I have seen users who refuse simply because they find that the update takes too long and they want to be in the application fast.
