For the p12 and pfx formats, what common tool uses those formats

(What is the equivalent to keytool for p12 and pfx?)

You could use openssl for that, what platform are you on?

Are there any other tools that can execute commands on .p12 and .pfx ?

ssh-keygen - used for key generation, key management and key conversion
