Hello,

Question about Autoit tabs. I have 2 tabs GUICtrlCreateTabItem and need one tab to work under current user logged on CAC (non Admin). the second tab I like to runas Administrator CAC.  Is it possible to do?

No, as the process is only being run by a single user, you would have to open another process to run as a different user.
