We have been running Office Communicator 2007 for years with problems. Last week my client PC's stopped downloading the address book. They can not search new employees. I deleted the GalContacts.db file from my local profile and it will not replace it. If I delete the c:\users\user\appdata\local\microsoft\communicator folder then start Communicator it will recreat the folder but not add the GalContacts.db file. I have been working on this for three days. Someone please help.
