I'm at a loss with MS Outlook 2013. I have a single data file (PST) that contains all of my mail, tasks, calendar, and people. When I click on the People link at the bottom of the home page, a list of all of the people in my contacts opens up and it shows them in last name, first name order. That is just what I want.
If I create a new mail message and click the To.., Cc..., or Bcc... button, a dialog box, entitled "Select Names: Contacts" opens. This list displays some but not all of the people in the "my contacts" described above.
I've attached a few screen prints to show what I'm talking about.
How do I set up outlook so that these two lists are identical?
